Skill

Coming in with pink parses is not mandatory; however a strong class knowledgebase and an ongoing willingness to improve is essential. Many of our raiders are skilled players and neurotic log divers. We share our resources to improve ourselves and our teammates. If you consistently underperform, fail to show progress, and don't reach out for assistance, you will be replaced.

Raid Goals and Expectations

Come prepared, on time, and play your character to the best of your ability. Clean is Fast. Raids are most fun when everyone is performing and with no wipes / deaths. Our goal is to make that happen every raid. Our leadership takes the time to maximize our potential and we expect the same from raiders. Anything to excess of that will be communicated / planned for ahead of time (e.g., speed or parse runs)
